Upon arrival, the room had visible mold and serious cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with greasy shower walls that had clearly not been properly cleaned. These conditions raised immediate health concerns. I reported the issue to the hotel, and a staff member was sent to address it. They attempted to clean the mold along the edges of the tub using a toilet brush and advised that it was not mold. However, the issue was not properly resolved, and the condition remained concerning. I was then offered another room, but that room also had visible mold, which I showed to the staff member at the time. This made it clear that the problem was not isolated and that the property was unable to provide a clean or safe alternative. Given these conditions, I had no reasonable choice but to leave the hotel and book another stay at my own expense. This experience reflects serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. I strongly recommend that these concerns be addressed before accepting future guests."
